We attended a briefing with two Litigation partners at our London law firm client’s office, who have instructed us on two roles within their very busy team; at the 2-4 PQE and 4-6 PQE levels.
The work will be broad; incorporating the full spectrum of Commercial Litigation matters, as well as Banking Litigation.
The Disputes team operates in the mould of a boutique litigation practice and regularly punches above its weight.
This firm offers a genuine alternative to the traditional City firm and is routinely instructed on matters opposite these firms across each of its practice areas. Solicitors will typically have a target of 1250 hours.
Our client is one of the few conflict-fee firms which is willing and able to litigate against the banks and financial institutions which larger firms count as key corporate and/or finance clients.
This opportunity will particularly suit entrepreneurial candidates; the firm offers a 15% bonus for introducing new clients.
