A leading law firm is looking to hire a legal tech manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting new opportunity that will give you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of the firm’s legal technology and tools. Reporting into the IT Director, main responsibilities will include:
- Translating business requirements into practical applications
- Integrating innovative new tools
- Driving the implementation of new software
- Supporting integration as part of the firm’s growth plans
- Championing innovation and continuous improvement
- Maintaining the firm’s strategic roadmap for technology solutions
- Building and implementing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Delivering new features and enhancements
- Customising and rolling out solutions
- Identifying new opportunities for new system development and tools
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Assessing new software and technologies, spotting opportunities to optimise the existing stack
- Owning the roadmap for solutions within a defined part of the solutions portfolio
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing and integrating new technologies, including AI tools
- Managing integrations between core systems
- Supporting the transition to new systems, ensuring delivery to scope and budget
Main experience and skills required:
- Previous experience in legal or professional services environments
- Strong, proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform
- Designing, building and delivering business applications
- Configuring and optimising software to streamline workflows
- Passionate about legal technology and how it can drive efficiency
- Managing data integrations and technology projects
- Platform configuration and workflow automation
