The Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Director or ambitious Senior Associate to join a respected Private Wealth team based in the Thames Valley. You'll handle a varied and interesting caseload, advising on tax, trusts, estate planning, and related matters for private clients, business owners, and trustees. This is an excellent chance to take on a senior position within a growing department and contribute to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and succession planning
- Trust creation, management, and administration
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- UK tax and estate planning for individuals and families
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in Private Client or Private Wealth work (applications from strong candidates with slightly less experience will be considered).
- In-depth technical understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
- Confident managing complex client relationships and delivering tailored advice.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and business development skills with a proactive mindset.
