We are delighted to be collaborating on a search with a fast-growing, market-leading legal technology group. This is a role for a commercially-minded Lawyer where you will own end-to-end enterprise negotiations, shape how a scaling legal function operates, and be a true partner to Sales, Product, Security, and Finance.
Reporting into the Head of Legal & Compliance, day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading commercial SaaS contracting (MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs)
- Advising on IP, data privacy, and cross-border data transfers
- Streamlining legal operations as the business scales globally
You must be a fully qualified Lawyer with at least 4 years of experience working at an international organisation for this fully remote opportunity.
