Job Description We are currently working with a leading business in the automotive sector to appoint a Commercial Legal Counsel into its growing UK legal team in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer looking to build their in-house career within a commercially focused, forward-thinking organisation.

Key areas of work will include: - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts - Complex tenders and bid support - General business advisory work The role offers broad exposure across the business, close interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to become involved in strategic projects beyond day-to-day legal support.

The ideal candidate: - 2-5 years' PQE - Strong commercial contracts experience - Commercial, pragmatic and proactive approach - Keen to take ownership and develop a long-term in-house career

Package: - £60,000-£70,000 salary - 10% bonus - Exceptional company vehicle scheme (including EV options) - Hybrid working - Strong pension and wider benefits package - Clear progression opportunities within the legal team The business is also investing heavily in legal technology and AI tools, allowing Lawyers to focus on high-value advisory and project work rather than routine administration.
