Senior Lawyer - Dispute Resolution - Banking & Finance in Leeds

We are seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join a leading UK law firm’s market-leading Leveraged Finance practice in Leeds, at Senior or Principal Associate level.The Team:The national Banking and Finance team operates as one, advising borrowers, lenders and investors on financing transactions across a wide range of sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. Its work covers corporate lending, leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance, project finance and invoice discounting, on both a bilateral and a syndicated basis, and it holds panel appointments with many of the UK’s major banks. Leeds is a core office for the firm and central to its growth plans in the North.The Role:You will play a key part in developing the team’s leveraged finance expertise and market share across Leeds and the North.
