We are currently working on an exciting mandate for a 3+ PQE Solicitor to join a highly regarded practice, advising on a broad range of complex cross-border structured finance and securitisation transactions.
This role offers exposure to a diverse mix of asset classes and financing structures, acting for banks, originators, arrangers, servicers, investors and other market participants on UK and international transactions.

England & Wales qualified SolicitorStrong structured finance and/or securitisation experience gained at a leading law firmFluent spoken FrenchExperience drafting legal documents in FrenchStrong transactional and client-facing skillsInterest in working on complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
