A high-growth business in the Technology and Telecoms sector is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join its Legal Team, working within a key organisation with well-known brands across Telecoms, Broadband and Media.
The Role
The Legal Counsel will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial contracts and transactional matters, ensuring that legal and commercial risks are effectively managed. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements, including:
- supplier and service contracts
- consultancy agreements
- framework agreements
- NDAs and confidentiality agreements
- IT and software agreements
- collaboration and partnership agreements
The Legal Counsel will join an experienced Legal Operations department, advising internal and external stakeholders, supporting the development and maintenance of standard terms and templates, and driving process improvement for legal operations.
Required Skills & Experience
UK qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE, with Commercial law firm or in-house legal team experience. Good grounding in Commercial law, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to provide concise, commercially pragmatic advice.
