An exciting new opportunity has arisen at a leading law firm for an experienced IT trainer. Working closely alongside the IT team, the main responsibilities in this role will include designing and delivering training programmes and maintaining and developing the learning management system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering training sessions for new technology and upgrades.
- Designing system induction sessions for new starters.
- Maintaining training records, evaluating and identifying training needs.
- Promoting use of the learning management system for development purposes.
- Assisting with system implementation projects.
- Utilising various training delivery methods depending on the audience including virtual, classroom and floor walking.
- Ensuring that training materials are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Managing access for various learning platforms and arranging licences for new starters.
- Communicating regularly with external suppliers of training sessions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT skills including advanced Microsoft Office.
- Experience with various business solutions including document and finance management systems.
- Training within a professional services environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to use own initiative but also work collaboratively as part of a global team.
