Investment Funds Associate / Senior Associate, London

A leading international firm is seeking an investment funds lawyer with solid experience in the formation and operation of alternative investment funds to join its highly regarded Investment Funds practice in London.

The role involves advising on the full lifecycle of private and listed funds, including structuring, establishment, regulatory and tax matters, and ongoing operation. Typical mandates span on- and offshore vehicles across key jurisdictions such as the UK, Luxembourg, the Cayman and Channel Islands, the US and Ireland, and cover a broad range of asset classes, most notably real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy and private equity.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years' post-qualification experience, a strong academic record and first-rate technical skills in drafting fund documentation and advising on current market terms for private funds. Experience gained at a top-tier City or international firm is preferred. Familiarity with both closed- and open-ended structures, as well as listed vehicles, will be an advantage
