Interim Corporate Immigration Lawyer. 10+ PQE. 2-3 Months

Job Description We are working with a leading national law firm that is looking to engage an experienced Corporate Immigration Lawyer on an interim basis for an initial period of 2-3 months, starting ASAP. Whilst the initial duration is anticipated to be 2-3 months, there is potential for further extension. /n This opportunity is to start ASAP and will suit a Corporate Immigration lawyer with upwards of 10 years' PQE, who is comfortable working autonomously, managing client relationships and providing high-level technical advice to a broad range of corporate clients. /n The successful individual will advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large multinational organisations. /n The work will encompass a broad range of business immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications, right-to-work compliance, immigration strategy and workforce planning. There may also be opportunities to advise high-net-worth individuals on investment and entrepreneur-related immigration matters. /n Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: /n /n - Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales /n - Ideally upwards of 10 years' PQE in handling a full range of corporate immigration matters /n - Experience gained within a reputable law firm or specialist corporate immigration practice /n - Experience advising multinational organisations and SMEs on immigration strategy, international mobility and workforce planning /n - Technical expertise in sponsor licence applications, sponsor compliance, right-to-work checks and associated immigration requirements /n - The ability to manage client relationships independently and provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice /n - Capacity to commence a new assignment immediately or at very short notice /n /n The firm would ideally like someone who can work 5 days per week, although there is flexibility to consider individuals with part-time capacity. /n With multiple offices throughout the UK, ideally the successful individual would be able to attend one of their offices 1-2 days per week. /n A competitive daily rate, inside IR35 is on offer. /n For further information, and a confidential conversation, please apply to Jennifer Pike.
