Interim Corporate Counsel – Shipping Sector. 2++ PQE. Our client is a global shipping service provider. It is likely that the successful interim lawyer will have strong experience in handling a full range of corporate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and the necessary ancillary documents. Broader commercial and dry shipping experience would also be useful. Candidates are likely to be qualified lawyers in England & Wales and possess upwards of 2 years’ PQE. Prior experience within the maritime/shipping sector would be ideal. Language skills would also be highly beneficial (French, German, Spanish, and/or Italian, for example) but are not a prerequisite. The successful interim counsel will work closely with the Group Legal Counsel.
