We are interested in speaking with experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyers regarding an interim opportunity within a boutique London-based law firm.
Key Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Location: London-based office; open to predominantly remote working
- Commitment: Occasional travel to London & 4 or 5 days/week
- Engagement: Inside IR35 via umbrella company
- Rate: Competitive, open to discussion
Role Overview:
You will advise on and manage real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, refinancing, and development finance. The role involves drafting facility agreements, security documents, and liaising with lenders and borrowers.
