A long-established, well-regarded high street firm in the Stratford-upon-Avon district is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to head up its Conveyancing Department. The Role:
- Leading and managing the Residential Conveyancing team based in the Stratford-upon-Avon district.
- Overseeing staff performance, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting departmental growth.
- Ensuring compliance with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), lender panel requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Handling a manageable residential conveyancing caseload.
- Contributing to wider management and strategic planning across the firm.
Candidate Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor (ideally 5+ years\’ PQE) with significant residential property experience.
- Prior experience with or a strong understanding of CQS, lender panel renewals, and compliance procedures.

- Must be locally based or have strong ties to the Stratford-upon-Avon/Warwickshire area – this role is intended for someone looking for long-term stability and growth, not a stepping stone.
