We're working with a highly regarded law firm in Southampton that's looking to expand its Planning and Environmental team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for high-quality work and long-standing client relationships.
The Role: You'll be advising a range of public and private sector clients on all aspects of planning law, including:
- Planning applications, appeals, and inquiries
- Section 106 agreements and infrastructure planning
- Compulsory purchase and judicial review
- Environmental and highways matters
You'll work closely with Partners and Senior Associates on complex, high-value projects across the South and beyond, while also managing your own caseload with autonomy.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-10 PQE) with planning law experience
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
