We are delighted to be collaborating on a search with a fast-growing, market-leading legal technology group. This is a role for a commercially-minded lawyer where you will own end-to-end enterprise negotiations, shape how a scaling legal function operates, and be a true partner to Sales, Product, Security, and Finance.

Team: Legal, Risk & Compliance
Reports to: Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance
What you'll do:
- Lead commercial SaaS contracting (MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs)
- Own enterprise-level negotiations from start to finish
- Advise on IP, data privacy, and cross-border data transfers
- Draft and maintain modern, plain-language templates and policies
- Build a deep understanding of the product and the tech landscape
- Streamline legal operations as the business scales globally
