A leading offshore law firm is seeking a Private Client Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded disputes and private wealth team in Guernsey.

This opportunity sits within a specialist practice that advises trustees, beneficiaries, family offices, high net worth individuals and fiduciary businesses on complex trust and estate disputes. The role offers exposure to high-value, cross-border matters, including trust litigation, beneficiary disputes, breach of trust claims, removal of trustees, fraud-related proceedings, asset recovery and contentious estate matters.

The team is recognised for handling some of the most significant private wealth disputes in the offshore market and works closely with leading international law firms, professional trustees and ultra-high net worth clients across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have:

- \n
- 1-5 years' PQE with solid experience gained within trusts and general private client litigation
- Commercial Litigation lawyers with some trusts/private client litigation experience will be considered
- Strong academics and training from a well-regarded law firm
- The confidence to take ownership of matters and work directly with clients
- A proactive and ambitious approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Current or prior offshore law firm experience is welcome but is not needed.
