A leading offshore law firm is seeking a junior Corporate Associate to join its growing practice.

This is a growth hire driven by increasing client demand and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border transactions for an international client base including financial institutions, investment funds, private equity sponsors, family offices and multinational corporates.

This role would suit a lawyer with ideally between one and three years' PQE gained at a City or UK national firm(s) who is looking to combine high-quality work with greater responsibility, client exposure and long-term career progression in a thriving offshore market.
