We are currently working closely with a market leaking ALSP, that is looking to speak with Financial Services Commercial & Regulatory Lawyer upwards of 8 years\’ PQE, who will be available for a 3 month assignment with a leading financial institutions in-house legal team. The assignment is due to start imminently, and will follow a hybrid work style. The successful individual can expect to be involved in leading and supporting on a range of Commercial & Regulatory matters to include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including: Terms of business, Broker/dealer agreements, Research pricing agreements, IT and infrastructure contracts. Advising on financial services regulatory issues, particularly those related to MiFID II Acting as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, especially front-office and sales teams Working closely with the GC and senior legal team members, while independently managing your own workload. The company operates a hybrid working policy, with 2 days a week spent in their London office. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate: Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Upwards of 8 years\’ PQE specialising in a range of FS commercial contract & regulatory matters. A self-starter that\’s able to work independently where required. Someone with confidence to liaise with the front office and sales team. The ability to be in the London office 2 days a week.
