An elite US law firm is seeking to hire an associate for its Finance team, based in London.
The role involves advising funds, lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions. This may include leveraged and acquisition financings, private credit loans, funds finance, asset-backed lending, structured finance, real estate finance, as well as special situations and financial restructurings. Candidates with experience in one or more of these areas are encouraged to apply.
