The team handles a broad range of cross-border transactional matters, including:

  • Acquisition Finance
  • Funds finance
  • M&A / PE deals

Candidates should ideally be resident and admitted to practice in Luxembourg, with training and experience gained from a recognised transactional practice in the market. But strong EU-qualified Banking & Finance lawyers seeking to relocate to Luxembourg are also encouraged to apply. Experience in any transactional field will be sufficient for consideration, with a particular emphasis on cross-border matters and solid deal-management skills. An excellent command of English is essential.

You will be joining a team with a positive and supportive culture and a light-touch approach to management. It's a grown-up environment in which you will be entrusted to take responsibility for your work product and your time management. The working arrangements are fully flexible. A competitive salary and bonus are offered, together with structured training and solid advancement prospects.
