We are working with a notable boutique firm specialising in projects and construction matters across the Middle East that is looking to work with a senior level Construction Litigation Lawyer on a remote, consultancy basis.
Lawyers are likely to be qualified in England & Wales, Australia and/or New Zealand, possess upwards of 8 years’ PQE and must have gained significant and recent experience from leading international or city law firms. This opportunity will be well suited to lawyers who work on a consultancy and/or contract basis and have the capacity to accept further work. The firm can provide circa 20 hours of work per week, with the scope for this to increase in time.
Experience in working on construction litigation matters for clients within the Middle East is a pre-requisite. In working with this client, the successful lawyer can expect to work on significant, high value matters on a remote basis.
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, Australia and/or New Zealand
- Upwards of 8 years’ qualified experience in handling a range of construction litigation matters
- Significant and recent experience obtained in International or City law firms
- Strong commercial acumen, integrity, and outstanding technical ability
- The willingness and capacity to work on a non-exclusive, ad hoc, consultancy basis
