A leading international law firm is looking for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Tax Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate Tax team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded Corporate Tax Lawyer to work on complex, high-value matters across mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, and real estate transactions.
You will advise a diverse client base that includes listed companies, private equity funds, and owner-managed businesses, providing strategic guidance on tax-efficient structuring, reorganisations, joint ventures, and inward investments. The role also involves drafting and negotiating tax provisions in transaction documents, mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s London tax practice.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with proven experience in corporate tax law, transactional tax, or real estate tax.
