We are looking for a high-calibre Associate with good experience in pensions law to join an international law firm in a remote-based role. There will be an expectation of some travel to the firm's offices at the start of employment, however this position can be based anywhere in the UK.
The role will include:
- Preparing and updating pension scheme documents
- Offering guidance to trustees, providers, and employers on a variety of pensions matters
- Analysing applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Delivering expert pensions input in relation to corporate deals
We are seeking a lawyer based in the UK and qualified in England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction, with approximately two to four years' post-qualified experience, and with proven expertise in pensions law. You do not need to have been working exclusively on pensions law for your entire career. You will have current or recent experience in a rated law firm or in-house.
