The firm specialises in high-value disputes and is known for its commercially focused approach. The practice acts for a broad range of clients including corporates, directors, shareholders, and insolvency practitioners.
The successful candidate will advise on a variety of matters including complex contractual disputes, fraud claims, shareholder and director conflicts, and contentious insolvency matters, many of which have cross-border or international elements. You will be working in a small team and closely with the founder of the firm.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with around two to three years' post-qualification experience, although applications from those with one to four years' PQE will also be considered if they demonstrate relevant experience. Some exposure to insolvency litigation is required, alongside a solid foundation in general commercial disputes.

This role may suit an ambitious lawyer from another boutique practice (or mid-sized practice) in London or from a rated regional law firm looking for a role in the capital. A stable career history is sought.
The firm offers a collaborative and collegiate working environment, with a good work/life balance by typical London law firm standards.
To be considered for this position in the strictest confidence, please submit your CV or contact Philip Jennings, Director.
