Jameson Legal is working with a prominent UK professional services firm that is expanding its Legal team and looking for a driven Employment Solicitor to join the London office (other locations are available). This is an exciting opportunity for an employment lawyer who wants to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment that supports long-term career growth.
The Legal team provides specialist employment law advice to a wide range of clients, including corporate, commercial and international businesses. You will manage your own caseload, advise on day-to-day employment issues, and support clients through organisational change, regulatory developments, and workforce challenges.
In this role you will:
- Act as a trusted point of contact on a variety of employment law matters
- Lead client discussions, provide pragmatic solutions and clear, commercially focused advice
- Supervise and mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
- Identify opportunities to support clients proactively in evolving UK employment law
The ideal candidate will have strong UK employment law experience (including status, holiday pay, tribunal claims and other key areas) and a proven ability to manage a varied caseload while building client relationships and contributing to business development. Experience of advocacy or regulatory inspections would be advantageous.
