Further to an in-person meeting with our client, this top-tier international law firm is seeking to recruit an Employment associate at the 2-4 PQE level to join its highly regarded practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of contentious, non-contentious and advisory Employment matters for a prestigious client base, which includes multinational corporates, financial institutions and senior executives. The team is known for handling complex, high-profile work and for offering strong support, training and genuine career progression. The role will include: Advising employers on day-to-day employment and HR matters Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and incentive arrangements Supporting on corporate transactions, restructurings and TUPE matters Advising on investigations, disciplinary processes and sensitive workplace issues. The successful candidate will have: 2-4 years\’ PQE in Employment law (E&W-qualified or equivalent) Experience across contentious and non-contentious Employment matters Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
