This global-leading US firm’s London M&A practice is seeking a talented 1-2 PQE associate to join in London. The UK M&A team advises on complex, high-profile cross-border transactions, both inbound and outbound, covering all aspects of Public and Private M&A. Clients include UK listed companies, multinational organisations and financial sponsors operating across sectors such as technology, consumer, finance and fintech, pharmaceuticals, natural resources, crypto, media and industrials.
The successful candidate will join the London-based UK M&A practice at an exciting time of growth. You will work closely with senior lawyers on sophisticated transactions, gaining exposure to some of the most complex M&A deals in the market.
The successful candidate will have:
- Exposure to M&A transactions, including cross-border and complex matters
- A strong interest in developing expertise in Public and Private M&A
- Experience assisting with drafting, due diligence and transaction execution
- A commercial mindset, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Excellent attention to detail, strong academic credentials and a willingness to learn.
