Our client is a well-regarded London law firm with a strong reputation in the construction disputes market. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join the firm's highly regarded Construction Disputes team.

The key points of difference for this role are the quality of the work on offer, excellent long-term career prospects and a genuine work/life balance that is rarely found at this level of seniority. Recognised for its strength in contentious construction work, the team advises on the full spectrum of construction dispute resolution matters.

The successful candidate will act for a broad range of clients, including developers, building owners, contractors, subcontractors and professional consultants, on disputes arising from issues such as delay, defects and professional negligence. The work spans a variety of sectors, including commercial real estate and infrastructure, and involves involvement at every stage of the dispute process, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate with ideally 6 or more years' post-qualification experience, gained at a recognised, leading construction law team. Candidates must have a strong background in construction dispute resolution specifically, as the role is focused on contentious construction work rather than general commercial or real estate disputes.

This role offers exposure to high-quality contentious work with a low chargeable hours target for this calibre of firm. This is a particularly attractive opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to establish and grow their practice within a supportive and collaborative team environment, with a clear and realistic pathway towards progression to Counsel and, ultimately, Partnership.

Please contact us ASAP to enquire further. Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
