Property Litigation Solicitor | NQ-5 PQE | Hampshire

A Legal 500 law firm is seeking a solicitor to join its dispute resolution practice, with a focus on contentious property matters. The position is based in the Hampshire office and offers hybrid working. The role You will advise on a varied mix of real estate disputes, working alongside experienced litigators while gradually taking greater ownership of your matters. Work may encompass commercial lease disputes, property ownership and occupation issues, rights of way and restrictive covenants, boundaries, trespass, adverse possession and possession proceedings. You will also assist with more complex disputes, prepare correspondence and court documents, undertake research and contribute to advice and settlement strategies. There is scope to develop your own caseload and client relationships with appropriate supervision. The candidate Applications are welcomed from England and Wales-qualified solicitors with up to five years' PQE. Experience of two to five years would be particularly relevant, but newly qualified solicitors with a suitable litigation seat are encouraged to apply. Exposure to property disputes is helpful, although broader commercial litigation experience combined with a clear interest in this area will also be considered. Sound drafting and analytical skills, commercial judgement and an approachable, collaborative manner are important.
