Job Description
Employment Solicitor – 6PQE+
Location: London (with flexible remote working)
Salary: Competitive
We have been instructed on an opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded team that is continuing to expand. This practice has a strong reputation across both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on complex disputes involving discrimination and equality issues.
The successful candidate will have at least six years' PQE gained in a recognised London or regional practice. A background in handling contentious work is essential, including drafting and responding to tribunal claims, preparing witness statements, managing disclosure, and advising directly on sensitive employment issues. Advocacy experience would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
You will be confident managing matters independently, whilst also working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice. Strong client-handling skills are expected, together with the ability to contribute to business development initiatives.
This position offers genuine flexibility with remote working arrangements, combined with time spent in the firm's central London office. It would suit an ambitious Lawyer who is looking to combine high-quality work with a supportive and modern working culture.
