A leading international law firm is looking to add an experienced Employment lawyer to its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join a well-regarded practice with a strong international platform. The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex work and the chance to take on real responsibility within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The position will involve:
- Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and transactional documentation;
- Handling TUPE matters across service provision changes and asset purchase transactions;
- Providing commercially focused HR advisory support to a broad client base; and
- Playing an active role in client relationship development and wider business development initiatives.
The team is keen to speak with lawyers who:
- Are qualified in England & Wales with around six or more yearsβ post-qualification of transactional (corporate support and advisory) experience from a City or international firm;
- Have strong technical employment law skills and are comfortable running matters with autonomy;
- Enjoy direct client contact and working collaboratively across teams; and
- Are ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within an international practice.
