Our client, a well-established and highly regarded London law firm, is seeking an Employment Associate to join its Legal 500-recognised employment team. The firm has a thriving employment practice covering the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law. The team is known for its work on complex and strategic workplace issues, including board-level disputes, senior exits, discrimination claims, whistle-blowing, and post-termination matters. It also advises regularly on TUPE, collective consultation, and employment aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, often with a cross-border element.
The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 5 years' PQE gained within a respected UK employment team and will be experienced in both litigation and advisory work. A strong client-facing manner, sound technical knowledge, and experience working with employers across a broad range of sectors are essential.
