Further to an in-person meeting with our client, this top-tier international law firm is seeking to recruit an Employment associate at the 2-4 PQE level to join its highly regarded practice in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of contentious, non-contentious and advisory Employment matters for a prestigious client base, which includes multinational corporates, financial institutions and senior executives. The team is known for handling complex, high-profile work and for offering strong support, training and genuine career progression.

The role will include:

  • Advising employers on day-to-day employment and HR matters
  • Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and incentive arrangements
  • Supporting on corporate transactions, restructurings and TUPE matters
  • Advising on investigations, disciplinary processes and sensitive workplace issues.
  • The successful candidate will have:

  • 2–4 years’ PQE in Employment law (E&W-qualified or equivalent)
  • Experience across contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
  • Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
