Our client's Legal 500 recommended specialist Employment team has decades of experience dealing with all Education issues. The team has been shortlisted by The Legal 500 in its Annual Awards for two consecutive years. The department is now looking for a Senior Associate/Legal Director to join.

The team is experienced in supporting and advising on multiple issues, upholding the rights of teachers, school leaders, lecturers, professors and support staff facing challenging circumstances or unfair treatment from their employers. Lawyers are experienced in supporting and advising on multiple issues, including:

  • Misconduct/gross misconduct allegations
  • Discrimination
  • Redundancy
  • Poor performance allegations
  • Feelings of mistreatment
  • TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)) transfers
  • Professional misconduct proceedings
