We are working with a reputable US firm in London that is looking for an Ex-Partner level or Counsel level Derivatives and/or CLO lawyer to assist them on an interim basis. The initial duration is expected to run for 3 months, but there is significant potential for further extension. The role is to start ASAP and has arisen due to a high volume of work, combined with a departure in the team.
Successful individuals are likely to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience gained within US, Magic Circle or leading international firms
- A wealth of experience in handling a vast caseload of Derivatives and/or CLO matters
- Prior experience working at Partner or Counsel level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to start a new role immediately or at very short notice
