A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Debt Capital Markets (DCM) practice in London. The firm enjoys an excellent reputation both in the UK and internationally.
The team advises on the full range of DCM products, including commercial paper programmes, equity-linked issues, Eurobonds, loan participation notes, medium-term note programmes, private placements, and sustainability-linked and green bonds. They act for both bond issuers and investment banks and are particularly well known for their expertise in emerging markets.
Senior Associates are expected to lead transactions, support Partners with business development, and mentor junior lawyers. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' PQE in debt capital markets at a reputable law firm, a strong academic background, and a stable career history. Business development experience and mentoring skills are essential for this role.
