Our client is a leading supplier and retailer operating in the travel industry. Their operations are global, with a long history of producing goods and services of the highest quality in this field.
The business is looking to expand their international team with a UK Counsel, who will take overall responsibility for matters in the region.
The legal work is diverse, with a focus on B2B commercial contracts with some additional support on employment law and corporate M&A. The existing legal team is supportive, and the commercial team is engaging.
The role offers hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office).
Applicants must have at least 5 years' PQE in commercial law, and be qualified in the UK or Ireland.
The role will suit a confident Commercial Lawyer who is looking for a blend of a supportive legal team, whilst also taking on significant autonomy and responsibility in the UK market and working closely with senior stakeholders.
