Corporate/Venture Capital Lawyer - c.2 PQE

We have direct instructions on an exciting new Corporate role with an international firm. This is a general Corporate role with a strong focus on venture capital matters.

We will consider lawyers with ideally between two and four years' PQE (or similar) and a stable career record at highly-rated London or national firms or in-house. Solid technical experience in corporate law is a must and relevant experience of clients in the technology sector is a strong advantage.
