International Law Firm. 8+ PQE We are currently working with a highly regarded international law firm that is looking to engage an experienced Corporate Tax Lawyer for an initial 6-month assignment.
The role is due to start ASAP and the firm is open to engaging candidates on either a fixed-term contract or daily rate basis, depending on individual preference and circumstances.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a leading partner and support a busy and highly respected tax practice.
The successful individual will play a key role in managing transaction flow and providing senior-level support across a broad range of tax matters, enabling the partner to focus on strategic client development and practice growth.
The practice advises a diverse client base ranging from founders, entrepreneurs, family offices and high-net-worth individuals through to private equity funds, charities, institutional investors and large corporates.
The breadth of the team's work is a genuine differentiator, with lawyers regularly collaborating across corporate, private client, real estate, employment, finance, charities and litigation practices.
The team advises on a broad range of UK corporate tax matters and works closely with colleagues across the wider firm.
As a result, the successful lawyer can expect exposure to a varied mix of transactional, advisory and structuring work.
