Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance matters.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered).
• Experience in Corporate M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
