Our US firm client is seeking an associate to join its leading London Corporate Restructuring team. The practice advises companies, boards, sponsors, creditors and investors on complex cross-border restructurings, insolvency-related disputes, special situations and private capital transactions. Associates work closely with teams across M&A, Private Equity, Finance, Capital Markets and Disputes on high-profile international matters.

  • 1-2 years' PQE in Restructuring/Insolvency
