We have just been instructed on a new opportunity by a Corporate Partner at one of our clients in the City. This firm offers high-end work, within a collegiate and supportive culture. A full-service firm with London headquarters and international offices, this may be an ideal long-term move for an associate either from a Top 50 practice, or seeking a step up.
Corporate M&A lawyers collaborate seamlessly across jurisdictions, supporting clients on sophisticated cross-border transactions which shape the future of their businesses. From high-value strategic acquisitions to critical mid-market deals, the focus remains the same: delivering consistent, high-quality advice wherever their clients operate.
We would be keen to hear from lawyers at City, or top-tier regional/national firms, with between three and six years' PQE. The firm pays a competitive City salary, together with a full benefits package. Partners are interested in hearing from E&W qualified candidates, in addition to those from other Common law jurisdictions.
