Corporate lawyers - c.4-10 PQE - Jersey

We are seeking ambitious Corporate lawyers for a leading offshore law firm.

These are rare opportunities to join one of the leading corporate teams in the offshore market, advising an international client base on sophisticated cross-border transactions.

The team works closely with multinational corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses, investment funds, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on matters that regularly span multiple jurisdictions.

The practice offers genuinely broad corporate exposure, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, group restructurings, strategic investments, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.

The Role You will work on a varied and high-quality caseload, taking a visible role in complex transactions and developing strong relationships with an impressive international client base.

Requirements We are interested in speaking with lawyers who: Have between 4 and 10 years' PQE in corporate law.

Have trained and qualified with, or subsequently worked at, highly regarded international, City, national or leading regional law firms.

Can demonstrate strong experience across corporate transactions and advisory work.

Have built a strong and stable career record Possess good technical ability and commercial awareness.

Are looking to combine first-class work with an outstanding quality of life Applications are welcomed in particular from candidates qualified in England & Wales, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.

Please note that current or prior offshore law firm experience is very welcome but is not essential.
