We have direct instructions on an opening in a city corporate team making a real name for itself. The group has the benefit, as befits being part of a major law firm, of a client base comprising household name UK and international corporates as well as ambitious mid-sized businesses.
The Corporate team is collegiate and supportive, being led by 4 partners and with a small number of Associates. This new opportunity is for a capable Senior Associate to act on a breadth of high-value Corporate and M&A matters across a variety of sectors. Excellent client contact and career prospects are offered.
You will currently be a Senior Associate (or experienced Associate) and ideally have between six and twelve years' PQE. We will consider lawyers with a stable career record at rated City, West End, national and tier one regional law firms. We will also consider excellent overseas-qualified lawyers with relevant experience.
The firm offers a genuine point of difference with collegiate environment and top-level work, whilst having very reasonable hours targets.
