Corporate/Funds Lawyers (multiple roles)

We are currently looking to speak with corporate or funds Lawyers potentially open to opportunities in a fantastic low-tax jurisdiction. The brief for these roles is deliberately broad, and the role will involve a breadth of high-end corporate and funds work. We'd be keen to hear from Lawyers with experience across areas such as: General Corporate / M&A Investment Funds Private Equity Joint Ventures Corporate transactions Investment structures Corporate Real Estate Broader transactional corporate work You will Ideally have c-7 years' PQE. Experience is needed from City, international, leading national, or offshore law firm(s). You do not need prior offshore experience. Essentially, these are opportunities to work on high-quality, sophisticated transactions within a leading global law firm.
