Corporate Associate - London - 3-6 PQE

The Corporate team is looking for a 3-6 PQE solicitor to come on board, who has acquired a minimum of 2 years' UK experience. Work will be broad and varied, encompassing Private & Public M&A, Venture Capital, ECM and General Corporate Advisory matters; carried out across several sectors, including Tech, FinTech, Financial Services, Real Estate, Fashion and Media.

Whilst the firm is recognised for its strong culture and investing in its people, it is equally well-known for the high profile matters, quality of work and solving clients' most complex legal issues.
