There is an exceptional opportunity for an Associate to join the firm's Legal 500-ranked Construction Litigation team. Renowned for its expertise in complex domestic and international construction disputes, the team advises on high-profile litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and alternative dispute resolution across a diverse range of sectors.
The firm represents developers, funds, cultural institutions, and contractors on matters relating to large-scale infrastructure projects, high-value commercial developments, and landmark real estate schemes. The team has been involved in some of the most significant cases and projects in recent years, including Supreme Court adjudication matters, major UK infrastructure developments, and high-profile London regeneration schemes.
Interested candidates should have 3-5 years of PQE in contentious construction, gained at a well-regarded UK firm. Strong experience with JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts, as well as disputes relating to delay, defects, professional negligence, termination, and insolvency, will be highly regarded.
