This leading international firm is seeking a talented and commercially-minded lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Technology and Media team in London.
The group acts for an impressive client base - from household-name corporates and financial institutions to pioneering technology businesses and research institutions - advising across the full spectrum of commercial, technology, and IP matters.
The work is first-rate and varied, spanning complex licensing, outsourcing and collaboration agreements, high-value IT and telecoms projects, technology transfer and exploitation of IP, and data protection compliance for major global clients. The team also advises across emerging fields including fintech, AI, blockchain, robotics, and digital health, offering an outstanding opportunity to work at the forefront of technological innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an associate who enjoys intellectually engaging work, client contact, and cross-border collaboration. The successful candidate will have strong experience in commercial, IP, or IT matters gained at a respected City, international, or top-tier regional firm. Excellent drafting skills, commercial acumen, and confidence in client interaction are key.
