We are currently working with a market-leading ALSP that is keen to speak with experienced Commercial Technology Lawyers who are available immediately or at short notice for secondment contract opportunities across the Technology and Digital Infrastructure sectors.

Successful individuals can expect to advise on a broad range of commercial technology matters, with a particular focus on:

  • Cyber security
  • Digital infrastructure
  • Technology procurement
  • SaaS arrangements
  • Cloud services
  • Data licensing
  • Strategic technology partnerships

Exposure to data centre projects, infrastructure arrangements, and complex technology ecosystems will be of particular interest. Lawyers who have previously worked in-house within notable technology businesses, including global platforms, hyperscalers, social media, fintech, AI or digital services organisations will be of notable interest.

These opportunities will suit commercially minded Lawyers who are comfortable operating within fast-paced and evolving businesses, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally, although those qualified within other Commonwealth jurisdictions will also be considered.
  • Upwards of 4 years' PQE, with strong experience advising on commercial technology matters.
  • Significant experience in cyber security, technology transactions and/or digital infrastructure projects.
  • Exposure to data centre matters would be highly advantageous.
  • Prior in-house experience within a technology-focused business is strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships within fast-paced organisations.
  • Availability to start a new assignment at short notice or immediately would be beneficial.
